El fabricante de televisores Samsung ofrece en la Argentina su Plan Canje para facilitar la compra y actualización de Smart TVs, tablets, celulares y otros dispositivos.
Con esta modalidad, los usuarios pueden entregar su televisor usado como parte de pago y acceder a uno nuevo al instante, con un ahorro importante según el modelo elegido.

Los usuarios que estén interesados en concretar un canje deberán comenzar la gestión de compra mediante la tienda online de Samsung Argentina (https://shop.samsung.com/ar/) y seguir los siguientes pasos:
- Elegir el televisor a comprar, y luego, el que se va a entregar en parte de pago. El sistema permitirá indicar el estado de funcionamiento del equipo que se entrega.
- Realizar la compra y listo.
- Cuando se reciba el Smart TV nuevo, una persona de Samsung se contactará para continuar el proceso y coordinar la entrega del que se da en parte de pago.
- Si el estado coincide con lo declarado, el usuario recibirá su bonificación en el medio de pago utilizado en la compra, entre 10 y 15 días después.

Para que un televisor se pueda entregar como parte de pago, el mismo deberá funcionar correctamente. En concreto, Samsung estipula que deberá, al menos, encender y apagar. Algunos modelos son aptos para el canje incluso si la pantalla está rota.
No obstante, el estado del equipo será evaluado por el asesor de Samsung que esté tomando el plan canje. Samsung advierte que si el estado no coincide con lo declarado en la web, el beneficio económico puede ser menor.
Algo interesante es que Samsung toma para el canje televisores de una multitud de fabricantes, no solo los de su propia marca.
