The TRANSFER OF THE CAPITAL TO THE INTERIOR has to be done under a state policy, a pilot towards a democratic coexistence as exists in Uruguay. Let us contest the technical-legal economic draft that the law adapts in accordance with the PROGRESSIVITY OF PHYSICAL DECENTRALIZATION.#

Let us constitute a body for the evaluation and control of expenses of this project, ensuring ethical and transparent decisions, without favoritism or corruption, whether public or private. Let us favor SELECTIVE internal emigration and external immigration to the region.#

At the first stage of construction of the Civic Center and of housing, school, college and hospital of excellence for project personnel and government officials who must move, the construction of railways, roads will now continue with external debt.#

international airport, deep water port, park of non-polluting industries at a prudent distance, generation of solar and wind energy, constitution of a merchant fishing fleet, etc. All in order to improve internal productivity and international competitiveness.#

Dear J. Glitz & M. Guzamán, could you evaluate what is outlined in this tweet and propose it if you consider it viable in the near future? Could we not AT THE START "live with our own" but not partially and then resort to foreign exchange investments?

Government and Opposition: SUPPRESS ?LAS PASOS?, TRANSFER THE FEDERAL CAPITAL TO THE INTERIOR. and CALL A CONSTITUENT to form LA RABA (Autonomous Region of Buenos Aires separated from the homonymous Province) # Economists and Journalists: evaluate, comment and disseminate #
An alternative would be to refloat the Patagonia law 23512/1987! that ordered the PHYSICAL transfer of the Federal Capital to VIEDMA / CARMEN DE PATAGONES. Officials and Legislators turn to the World Bank, IDB and CAF and apply Keynesianism ONLY for this mediated reactivation plan #

We will thus save foreign currency to the maximum and after the initial four to five years of preparation, we will encourage the capital market to borrow either in dollars, euros or yuan. GOAL: that our GDP / Capita matches that of Australia as it was until the end of the 60s.#
